For 2009, our low season rate is £299 per week, rising to £399 per week during the shorter school holidays. For the summer school holiday season, it is a very attractive £650 per week. Our swimming pool + cover has been running since May 2008, - VERY SUCCESSFULLY. NEW FOR 2009 - SWING AREA( 4 ) + 4 ADULT BIKES + 2 CHILDS BIKES. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before the start date of the holiday.A security deposit of £200 which is RETURNABLE at the end of your stay, subject to deduction for contribution to repair of any damage, or the requirement for extra cleaning by the caretaker preparing for the following visitors.This security deposit is required at the same time as the balance, in case of damage to the property or contents.If payment is not received by the due date, the reservation will be cancelled. Every effort will be made to re-let the property, but your 25% deposit will be retained if this is not possible. Reservations made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.You are strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability etc,( bike accidents etc) since these are not covered by our insurance.We ask you to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the property and to leave it in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition at the end of your holiday.
